Primary job responsibilities:
- Responsible for allocation of monthly and yearly Sales target for the team and the Dealer Networks.
- Responsible for end to end sales management with primary focus on top-line delivery & Channel development.
- Responsible for Creating Monthly Sales and Operation Plan, achieving primary sales and collection targets, managing channel wise outstanding and overdue limit, tracking retailer wise secondary target vs achievement.
- Responsible for handling direct subordinates, analysing their performance and assisting them to meet the desired Sales and Collection target.
-Responsible for increasing Sales and distribution reach.
- Responsible for coordinating the communication, promotion and monthly scheme policy to the Distributer, dealer and retailer network of the state.
