Area Sales Manager - eCommerce

Our Client is an online health services resource designed to enable people to explore and find the best suited healthcare facilities and make informed decisions about their health choices. The company was born out of a need to simplify healthcare, a need so strong yet largely unaddressed so far. The founding team strongly believes that business and social cause need to be mutually inclusive and are extremely passionate about what they do.

The company is just a couple of years old, but its creators have big plans for the future. With a network of more than 20,000 doctors, it is growing fast and will be accessible to anyone anywhere within the next two years.

What kind of work will you be involved in:

- Creating and implementing effective sales strategies to maximize sales and profitability for the business

- Managing key customer accounts by providing unsurpassed customer service to drive growth and generate more business through them

- Maintaining and increasing the sales of company services and products

- Driving and managing team performance towards excellence and high performance

- Controlling and overseeing the training and development of your team

- Monitoring your team's performance and motivating them to achieve targets

- Compiling and analysing sales figures, data analysis, and reporting to senior leadership

- Keeping up-to-date with products

- Market awareness and competitor analysis

Ideal Candidate:

- Experience in managing outside sales team of minimum 3 people for two years with the same company.

- Good knowledge of MS Office

- Technologically savvy

- Excellent communication skills, both oral and in writing

- Love for traveling and meeting people

- Excellent decision making, problem solving and creative thinking skills
