Job Description ( Supervisory Role ) :

- Achievement of sales (volume / value) as per budget.

- Manage accounts receivables as per norms.

- Minimise SMNM stocks.

- Managing the business in his division through a team.

- Training and development of sales team and develop successors for self.

- Monitor, evaluate & provide feedback on performance of SO/SE .

- Implement channel incentive scheme and ensure control measure

- Channel management and expansion as per need of the business
