Area Sales Manager - Diversified Organisation

To appoint/Handle Distributors and Retailers across industrial clusters and lead Distributors Sales Rep and external agencies.

Execute Marketing programs, campaigns, activations to support the business through DSR and external agencies.

To motivate the retailers and DSR's to constantly deliver on sales targets.

To engage Industry experts, industrial and trade association to promote the range of products.

Engage with internal business team to get marketing/ training support for the region.

Engage with Distributors and retailers for sales planning.

Review performance based on targets for Sales, Placements, Promotions, and BTL activities.
