Area Sales Manager - Dealer Sales - Paint Major

ASM -- MNC Paint Major ( Dealer Sales )

Responsible for driving and achievement of top line Value and Volume budgets for Trade & Project vertical in the assigned geography as above.

Overseeing the operations of one of the North Branch and be administratively responsible for them in terms of adherence to company operating systems and procedures as regards to maintenance of stocks, order servicing, stock verification and banking.

Channel Management and development both planning and execution through the team so that we have an effective channel infrastructure to achieve our set objectives.

Effective planning, management and utilization of sales promotion budgets to achieve the top line.

Effective Debtor and Receivables Management to remain within the prescribed limits.

Business development activities- meeting up with business partners

Team Management - drive efficiencies, keep attrition under control.

Candidate Requirement :

MBA - Full Time

Team Handling abilities

From -- Durable industry preferred like -- Tiles / Cement / Sealant / Adhesive / Paint / Ceramics / Lubricant / Tyre

North Market work experience is a mandatory
