Business / Sales strategies : -

- Facilitate to achieve annual sales target and to ensure a generative, sustained, consistent as well as predictable growth.

- To explore ways to improve brand visibility and awareness among target audience.

- To identify growth opportunities to expand business and increase market share.

Operation management : -

- Generating business from each URC

- Ensure Secondary sales

- Monitoring the sales promoters on daily basis

- Ensure implementation of Shop N Shop and Branding in URC

- Ensuring proper visibility of products and visual Merchandising guidelines

- Keep vigilance on competitor activity

- Monitoring the Service representative for fast and efficient service after Sales

- Stock correction at URC level to ensure nil dead and Dino Stock.

- Generating sufficient order from CSD depot

- Ensuring Dispatches of good from CFA to CSD depot.

- Ensuring smooth completion of market survey for introduction of new items, one to one replacement /price Increase.

- Training and motivating sales promoter.
