Experience: 6+ Years in Corporate Salary and Team Handling Experience.
Job Responsibilities (Tentative) :
- Focus on acquiring new clients - identification of targets for Corporate salary acquisition.
- Having responsibility to drive team to meet the business target in all parameter.
- Maintaining team MIS in effective manner and reviewing the team by weekly to know about business status.
- Ensure that individual and the team targets are met in all perspectives like Corporate Acquisition along with cross selling other banking products and TPP.
- Boosting up Team to make more business
- Plan the client acquisition strategy.
- Creates and conducts proposal presentations for the portfolio assigned.
- Responsible to maintain cordial relationship with the corporate clients.
- Drive revenue growth to the business with the existing and new corporate and retail customers.
- Ensure knowledge about the market all times to upgrade and rise up to the occasion.
- Resolving customer queries and other service issues to maintain customer satisfaction and to meet client excellence.
- Leveraging business from new and established client relationships.
- Ensured Customer Satisfaction by effectively handling their financial needs.
- Organizing Investment & insurance advisory desk and wealth management services for the corporate clients
- Managing the process for opening salary accounts and reimbursement accounts.
- Getting the accounts funded regularly and on timely basis.
- Identifying and rectifying erroneous transactions
- Effectively managing Multilevel sales
- Handling high profile clients for their various financial requirements.
