Area Sales Manager - FMCG Company of 9000 Crores turnover

1. Need a ASM for Led Bulbs and Consumer Lighting Products division which has a turnover of 85 to 100 crores

2. 6 to 8 years of working experience in Retail Sales and General Trade is a must

3. Candidates from Hardcore Sales, should be a RETAIL SALES PERSON in the existing company and must have General trade experience

4. ASM will be responsible for primary and secondary target achievement of the assigned territory.

5. Adept at identifying and developing key clients for business excellence and accomplishment of targets.

6. Understand the complexities of the market/geography and focus on building brand awareness and developing new business/ products/ service

7. Actively develop consumer and dealer connects to ensure seamless service and customer delight

8. Design and propose the Local Sales promotions schemes and track their usage

9. Taking process improvement initiatives around sales process, distribution and branch operations

10. Responsible for team handling, managing and motivating team members

11. Should have handled a business of minimum 18 Crores

12. Full time MBA - Marketing / Sales - Batch only from 2014 / 2015 / 2016 passed from the top colleges in India rated from No. 21 to No. 50 only
