Identification of new opportunity and Potential in Market, Ensure Productivity at Weekly & Monthly level, Availability at all relevant Channels, competitor activity updates, Continuous focus on Advocacy, Advantage & Availability of products, Conducting Meetings & customer engagement on regularly basis.
Achieving revenue and volume targets of planned - brand/pack wise.
Visibility and activation objectives within approved expense budget.
Capability development and improvement in skill level of Sales officers and Market Developers.
