- Responsible for achieving above the line & bottom line targets for the division
- Responsible for designing brand strategy & plans & design all Product and Marketing communications for aesthetics portfolio
- Design and execute Marketing plan for all B2B (Key accounts) and B2C customers
- Represent at all conferences, CME's and other Corporate Events
- Create awareness through an effective communication strategy about available options and induce customers to opt for it
- Collaborate with sales team to understand and facilitate their day to day needs on aesthetic Products
- Coordinate with internal & external stakeholders to drive business & its growths and streamline it.
- Coordinate with sales team, finance, supply chain & servicing team to drive customer satisfaction & product supplies
- Build relationship to ensure that customers- needs are taken care of products usage is increased
- Partner with Business Head & sales team in developing strong partnerships with Key Opinion Leaders
- Manage the assigned marketing budget to effectively drive new customer acquisition.
- Ensure that brand guidelines and imagery are maintained in all published materials.
- Launch new products & drive new launches to achieve targets
- Drive consumable business by creating consumer pull and through co-marketing initiatives
- Provide support to Project team by participating in new product launch strategy.
- Work closely with the sales team to achieve targets & drive customer satisfaction
- Work closely with Marketing and PR agency to augment marketing and sales strategy
