They are focused on growing their business in India. They have been progressing positively and need a strong Retail sales manager to stimulate and protract the retail growth for India.
Job Description : Reporting into the Regional sales Head Karnataka, you will be responsible for:
- Handling sales and distribution at the ground level for the entire Bangalore region.
- Handling the retail brand visibility and product display across the outlets.
- Developing and managing the counterparts for increasing the sales.
- Handling and implementing the consumer engagement initiatives.
- Setting and communicating the individual objectives to the third party team members
The Successful Candidate:
- You will be graduate with (5 to 7 years) experience in core sales and distribution in the FMCG/consumer durable industry.
- Prior Bangalore experience of having dealt with senior stake holders and managing a team will be an added advantage. The client is looking for someone with excellent communication skills and an analytical approach towards work.
