Area Sales Manager - Constructions Finance

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Sales & marketing of various residential projects of Builders & Developers in Residential Services.

- Sourcing new builders for Project Marketing and handling Construction Finance

- Sourcing new Residential/Corporate and arranging property Fair in their premises to generate lead.

- Developing Marketing and lead generation Strategies for builders project in Mumbai branch and monitoring proper execution of it.

- Meeting Branch Sales target with Sales Executives in quarterly deadline.

- Analysis the potential of new projects and to do tie-ups with them.

- Gathering market intelligence and presenting it to Regional head.

- Having Strong Dealers & Brokers Network in Mumbai region.

Salary Range: 8 - 15 LPA
