- Single point responsibility on Sales of entire CV business.
- Responsible for both MS and VOL growth achievement in the territory for entire CV range
- Channel Partner management starting from network development, working capital management, inventory management, Training and recruitment
- Manage Key Account Customers in the assigned Territory.
- Manage and organize various rural initiative programs keeping in view of upcoming products.
- Handling all customer related grievances on sales in coordination with service department
- Initiate marketing programs from time to time in the assigned Territory and monitor Customer service to achieve sales objectives and Customer satisfaction.
- Update market developments periodically to facilitate proactive steps to counter competition.
- Ensuring Tie ups with Various Financiers for retail schemes and also for inventory funding.
