Profile - It's a Channel Sales / Distribution Sales profile. Candidate will be responsible for On Roll team handling and reporting into RSM.
Candidates from FMCG, Pharma, Telecom and other distribution led industry who are into Trade Sales / Distribution sales can apply.

Job Profile :
- The role of the ASM is to develop, influence and drive the implementation of the growth agenda for his area.
- Accountable for achieving sales objectives, controlling sales expenses and market share.
- Directs and defines the sales strategy of the organization. Creates opportunities and oversees the development of strategic sales initiatives.
- To Handle Distributors As well as Primary & secondary sales.
- Distribution & penetration of existing products.
- Distributor selection & onboarding.
- Ensure distributors, distributor teams & channel partners are aware about product.
- Setting up required system & processes at distributors to drive day to day business.
- To keep watches over competitors activities in the market.
- Generate the business through visiting Clients personally and meeting them time to time for getting repeat sales.
- Handle the team of Sales Officers.
- Reporting to RSM.
