Area Sales Manager (Channel Sales - Dairy, FMCG, Confectionery, OTC, Pharma, Telecom)

Looking for, a reputed group in Dairy industry - Delhi/NCR location, candidates - Dynamic, Smart, Energetic, Hard working with leadership qualities :

- Candidate should have experience in Dairy, FMCG, Confectionery, OTC, Pharma, Telecom industry

- Can manage distributor, whole seller, retailers, general stores, small shops (from channel sales back grounds)

- Provide guidance of sales officers daily, monthly, and quarter work plan in accordance with the formulated strategies.

- Manage, develop, coach, control and motivate the sales force to develop their skill to ensure that a high professional standard is achieve and monthly sales target and KPI target are met.

- Good communication and people skills

- Confidence, motivation and determination

- The ability to work well on your own and also as part of a team

- Good organisational and time management skills

- Excellent sales and negotiation skills

- Attention to detail

- The ability to develop in-depth knowledge about products and markets

- Good business sense and a professional manner

- Responsible for the achievement of the monthly sales target.

- Wholesaler & Retailer performance analysis, new Distributor selection.

- Executing the action plan to attain targets, and monitoring the target achievement

- Identifying new market opportunities to increase the sales volume.

- Giving regular feedback and information of our own brand performance as well as competitive activity in the area.

Experience :- 6 years to 10 years - Candidate must have prior experience, Successful & rich track record of sales handling large size business at least for 3 years

Qualification Required : Graduate + MBA (optional)

- Should be Dynamic, smart, energetic, hard working with leadership qualities.
