1. Value, contribution & market share objectives:
a. Evolving & operationalizing sales plan to achieve value, contribution and market share targets as per the plan
b. Driving a healthy product mix in all categories- focus on high contribution Dealers.
2. Channel management:
a. Strategist on sales network mix from among the traditional distributor- retailer- direct dealer channel and achieving network expansion plans
b. Building strong relationships with key accounts
3. Pricing & Debtors Management:
a. Deciding & regulating trade margins for different channel partners
b. Crafting credit policy & regulating receivables; taking corrective/ preventive actions where necessary
4. Business intelligence:
a. Monitoring market & competition
b. Identifying & quantifying new markets
5. Team building & motivation:
a. Identifying skills & competency gaps for the sales team and working out plan for addressing them with the HR team
b. Succession-planning for key roles
c. Coaching & counseling senior sales team members
d. Crafting sales incentive schemes for the Sales team
Candidate Requirement :
MBA Fulltime
Experience in Mumbai / Delhi Market, either of the one is mandatory
No to relocation candidate
