POSITION: Area Sales Manager - Cards
GRADE: Assistant manager
LOCATION: Northern India
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle a team of executives to source credit card applications with the help of team & Branch
- Responsible for meeting the designated targets, conduct branch trainings on the product, drive contests
- Responsible for meeting cross-sell targets on insurance and other value-added credit card features
- The candidate should have an expected of handling a high target achieving sales team keeping profitability & productivity intact
- Would be focused on generating business in the entire / part of the city
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Graduate / Post Graduate with experience of 2 to 5 years
- Good Understanding of Retail/Channel Sales; should have exposure to Relationship Management
- Excellent communication skills and local market understanding
- Solid experience of direct Sales, customer acquisition through sourcing mix
- Minimum 2years exp. in team handling in a Bank / NBFC
- Compensation would be in the range of Rs 5 – Rs 7 lacs annually
