Area Sales Manager
- Plan & execute the BL strategy for month/quarter to ensure goals are achieved
- Work with support functions for optimum TAT and service delivery. Sanction & disbursement of files per month as per targets assigned
- Identify potential channel partners based on agreed profiles and ensure tie up is in accordance with the business plan & SOPs.
- Control, monitor & expand distribution network, carry out marketing, sales & brand building activities to attract new customers
- Engage with customers & manage relationships with DSAs to pitch business loan products and build a quality portfolio for Godrej Capital
- Carry out pre and post loan disbursal activities for business loans, and work towards renewal loans
Qualification & experience :
Qualification - MBA / PGDBM.
Experience - 1 to 3 years in Sales of Business Loans
