Area Sales Manager - B2B Sales - India's Leading Office Interior Product Line
Job responsibilities :
Responsible for network development and to achieve sales budget.
To maintain data of sale, stocks, after sales service, ongoing/upcoming projects, complaints of the entire channel partners and customers in the assigned area.
Ability to convince key influencers and decisions makers (architects, project consultants, developers) and modify specifications
Meeting and organizing meets of prospective customers, engineers, architects and builders for brand promotion.
Monitoring competitors- activities to identify business opportunities & threats and to modify existing marketing & sales strategies.
Preparing client surveys for sales projects and evaluating areas of improvements in current sales techniques.
Completing all the documentation associated with the order, i.e. tender, technical clarifications and data, legal documents, etc. and submitting them to the customer within the given time frame.
Managing the P/L of the region .
Candidate Requirement :
BE / B TECH ( any area ), with B2B business exposure is a must
From : Office Interior, Electrical Fittings, False Ceiling, Doors & Windows, Glass, Paints - (From Project Sales Only)
Should have a strong working exposure of M.P Region will be preferred
Should be able to manage a Branch as a P/L Head
