Experience: 10-15 yrs
Relevant Auto after Work Experience + Technical Sales + Team Management is must.
Job Responsibilities:
Sales planning & Target Achievement:
- Appoint and grow CV (bus body), Body Shop (collision repair) and Automotive Retail sales channel partners
- Advance Sales Forecasting, Business Planning, Reporting, Sales team handling, demand generation activities and effective implementation
- District wise sale growth and new dealer appointment plan and execution
Team Management:
- Mentor ASIs, equip them with job knowledge & continuous focus on upgrading their skill level
- Participation in Training Program after Identifying individual training needs
- Set KRA, Ensure Timely performance review & Midyear Job chat for the team
- Effective third party resource management (MDCs)
Dealer/Customer Management:
- Train dealers/DSE as per the training calendar
- Analyze Distribution Gap & implement action plan
- Engage Customer/Dealer/retailer
- Ensuring regular and periodic training programs to improve skill level of internal and external customers.
- Regular meeting and joint working with regional service team of OEM- s, Paint Companies
Price Management :
- Implement price increase without losing customers / business by using technical selling points
Market Intelligence:
- Initiate action plans based on MI (Market Intelligence) gathered by ASI / MDC/DSO
Analyze Market share & initiate MARKET SHARE GAIN PROGRAM:
Special Requirements: Relative experience from Auto or decorative paints / tool industry will be preferred. Good dealer management and customer management
