Area Sales Manager
Role & Responsibilities :
1. Achievement of model-wise, monthly, and annual vehicle wholesale and retail sales target & Targeted market share for his/her Area
2. Joint Preparation & execution of annual dealer business plan & get dealer commitment for same.
3. Achievement of sales targets in sub-verticals of Exchange, fleet & corporate sales.
4. Reduce variability amongst his/her set of dealerships.
5. Ensure targeted Finance and Insurance penetration at Dealerships.
6. Maintains Daily, Weekly and Monthly Reports of the sales trends and actions in place (deliveries, bookings),maintain and analyze all records of minutes of meeting and dealer interactions.
Requirements :
- BE/MBA with minimum 6+ years experience of handling Field Sales operations in Franchise Operations in Auto/Consumer Goods/FMCG OEM. The last 3 years should be hands-on high-value merchandise, and lifestyle product sales.
- Relationship building, Extremely high Customer Service Orientation.
- Team player, coach, mentor, and motivator.
- Negotiating and Financial skills.
