Area Sales Manager :
Body Shop and Value Added Automotive OEMS Dealers
- Meeting sales and collection objective for the assigned territory. Implement and execute on business priorities.
- Manage existing Channel Partners and appoint new in areas we are not represented. Make mutual business plan with channel partners and provide support as well as drive execution to meet the plan. Sales calls to Auto OEM Dealerships with predetermined objectives.
- Winning competition accounts by preparing relevant business case along with Channel and internal sales team.
- Engage OEM Dealerships & OEM sales / service reps, using consultative approach to make business plan along with Channel with objective to ensure secondary business growth. Initiate and run campaigns to promote business at Dealerships like NPI.
- Training programs for service advisor, distributors, supervisors at OEM Dealerships.
- Train channel partners and channel team to win new OEM Dealership business as well as improve penetration in existing.
- Prepare and conduct presentations/product demos at distributor partner and at Auto OEM Dealerships (business reviews, product training, etc.).
- Daily account management using Salesforce.com. New products trials & testing reports and supporting product development team.
- Directed the assigned geographies for collision repairs products through distributor network
- Maintained weekly & balanced skews in billing trends by streamlining order booking mechanism Built & harnessed strong business relationships at all levels of dealerships & with channel partners
