Key Responsibilities:

Job Description:

1) Formulate strategies and action plans to maximize sales and collections from the designated area

2) Plan to ensure achievement of personal and team targets, aligning with company sales policies and strategies

3) Build and manage relationships with distributors and dealers to develop a strong presence of the company in the designated area and to meet company's long term and medium term business targets

4) Manage team of Senior and Junior Sales executives and Field Demonstrators deployed in the designated area

5)Provide guidance to team on daily, monthly, and quarter basis in accordance with the formulated strategies

6) Manage, develop, coach, control and motivate the sales force to develop their skill to ensure that a high professional standard is achieved and monthly sales and collection targets and KPI targets are met

7) Recruit and deploy new staff into team focusing on strong sales competencies and ensure that they perform well through coaching and monitoring skill

8) Conduct regular sales and business reviews to evaluate sales force performance
