Area Sales Head

POSITION / DESIGNATION : Sr. Manager/Assistant General Manager

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Person should have experience in managing Sales team

- The roll is solely responsible for acquiring new LCO/Distributors

- Driving high level engagement with the LCOs/Distributors

- Seeding new boxes/acquiring new customers through the LCOs/Distributors

- Managing churn/Implement strategies to retaining existing customers

- Market intelligence/gathering information from ground and presenting to right forum to come up with strategies on customer satisfaction

- Manage communication to and fro with LCOs/Distributors

- Driving AOP nos for the assigned locations

Qualification : MBA in marketing, Business Administrat5ion or related field.

CTC : Up to 50 Lacs

Experience : 15 +Years

Industry : Preferably from Telecom Industry
