Responsibilities :

- Primary & Second Sales, dealer and distributor management, new distributor management and setting up the infrastructure of a distributor.

- Distribution Management, Team Management, recruitment, and training, helping team members meat individual target and responsible for team target.

- Strategic growth within the region.
