Area Sales Head - FMCG

Job Responsibilities :

- Responsible for Planning and achieving Brand wise and District wise growth with stress upon range selling and distribution expansion

- Leading team in micro level planning and motivating them for meaningful execution of the plan

- Training team members on functional and behavioral factors in order to develop them personally and professionally

- Overall Business development by maintaining coordination between Sales team, Marketing division, Supply chain & Finance in territory

- Candidates currently in Metro / Mini Metro handling ( ONLY T.N ) experience preferred, no to relocation

Candidate Requirement:

Only Full Time MBA Preferred
