Area Operations Manager - Branch Banking

Position Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversite branches / work in branch operations framework; oversite around 12-15 branches in the respective geographies assigned

- Implementation of new processes and communication of new bank offerings in the branches

- Conduct training / coaching for Operations staff for these branches

- Oversite compliance/ AML: Ensure compliance of various regulations as per the RBI, SEBI guideline

- Audit: Audit each branch process and comply regulatory framework for the branches assigned

Qualifications and Experience Requirement:

Qualifications:

Essential: Graduate minimum

Experience:

Essential: 8-12 years experience in handling multiple branches
