Nature of Role : Direct Reports: - (8 to 10)

Division/ Department: : Operations & Maintenance

Work Timings : 9AM-6PM, however candidate must be flexible and open to stretch; 5 days working

CTC : Industry Standards

Experience : 7 yrs to 15 yrs

Education : B.E/B. Tech ( Full time)

Knowledge Required : Electrical / Electronic / Mechanical Engineering or similar

Job purpose :

- To monitor, manage the operations and maintenance of Tower Sites with the objective of safe operations, achieving higher uptime, optimizing energy costs, controlling OPEX.

- Ensure customer expectations are met, manage partners and engage with landlords in the assigned geographical area of operations.
