Company: India's second largest Phosphate fertilizer player, is in the business segments of Fertilizers, Specialty Nutrients, Crop Protection and Retail. The Company manufactures a wide range of fertilizers and markets around 2.9 million tons making it a leader in its addressable markets.

Profile- Area Marketing Manager(Crop Protection Segment)

Experience- 5-8 yrs

Age group: Max. 33 years

Location - Nagpur(Maharashtra)

(Local candidate knowing English, Hindi)

Job Description :

- Planning and executing the whole marketing activities of all products in the assigned territory.

- Activity plan,resource plan and deployment, marketing tools designing and, market wise crop-product fitment plan,

- Exploring the new product potential,successful planning for positioning including packing, pricing, schemes etc.

- Product wise budgeting for the area and field force to maintain profitability index as per the requirement

- Reporting to Regional Business head

- Very strong communication skill.

Qualification: B.Sc. ( Agriculture) & MBA from a good college.

Salary Range: 8 - 10 LPA
