- About the Role:- This full-time on-site role for an Area Manager entails overseeing a team of senior Relationship Managers (RMs) within the wealth management division. The Area Manager will be responsible for setting and achieving sales targets, organizing events for corporates and HNI clients to enhance product awareness, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, and devising strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and foster business growth.

- Roles and Responsibilities:-

- Team Management:- Supervise and lead a team of senior Relationship Managers (RMs), providing guidance and support to ensure goal achievement.

- Sales Target Achievement:- Set ambitious yet achievable sales targets for the team, closely monitoring performance and implementing strategies to drive sales and exceed targets.

- Event Execution:- Plan and execute events tailored for corporates and High Net Worth Individual (HNI) clients, utilizing them to enhance product awareness and client engagement.

- Compliance:- Ensure strict adherence to company policies and regulatory procedures within the wealth management division, upholding high standards of compliance and integrity.

- Strategy Development:- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and foster business growth, informed by market trends and performance metrics.

- Relationship Management:- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and partners, addressing client concerns promptly and identifying opportunities to add value.
