Qualification : 

Any Graduation, MBA- from Premier University like Delhi University, BHU, JNU, IIM or with excellent team handling experience electrical/lighting/fan division

No of openings : 5

Working days : 5 ( last Sat of the month is working)

- Fans Division Please look for candidates having good exposure of channel sales, distribution management, and dealer management also.

- Candidate having fans sales exp is preferred.

- Responsible for Channel Sales, Distribution, Retail, SSD's.

- Strong local market experience and AIR CONDITIONER & Home Appliances product experience is mandatory.

- Responsible for monthly sales forecasting and ensure inventory for the same.

- Monitoring sales and achieving targets with the team.

- Responsible for the expansion of channel network.

- Auditing the payment history of dealers and clients and revise the credit limit basis the payment outstanding.

- Responsible for taking constant feedback from the market.

- Preparing monthly MIS.

- Responsible for Market Mapping.

- Responsible for handling Local advertisement.

- Ensure the outstanding payments are done within the defined timelines
