Area Manager - Sales
Looking for a Area Sales Manager for West region to handle EBO doors of a retail company.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Develop, drive & execute annual business plan
- Responsible for driving sales productivity at the point of sales.
- Appointment & Training of sales force to deliver higher productivity
- Ensure consistent growth in sales, area profitability and retail metrics.
- Setup of new outlets and stock planning for the same along with the Projects & Sourcing team.
- Identifying marketing needs- Analyze sales trends, track competition and provide inputs to the organization
- Managing a team size of 30-40 people
- Developing strong relations with the partners
- Should be analytically strong
