Area Sales Manager - Sales & Marketing (Channel & Projects)
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Implementing best business development practices and processes within team.
- Developing and maintaining customer database/generating enquiries and qualifying leads from new & existing customer.
- Handling Distributors and Channel network in Mumbai Region.
- Preparing quotation with technical details for all enquiries, checking & dispatching on time.
- Follow up of quotations/sales activities on regular basis.
- Follow-ups on collection and ensuring timely recovery of outstanding within the terms.
- Ensuring the timely delivery of the products in co-ordination with the dispatch team.
- Responding to sales inquiries by visits, phone calls, emails etc.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining good relationships with Distributor & Dealers.
- Making sales calls to new and existing clients regularly.
- Developing and making presentations of company products and services to current and potential clients.
- Negotiating with clients/sources and developing client referrals/maintaining sales activities records and reports.
- Preparing reports, sales action plans and scheduling/developing and maintaining sales and promotional plans in CRM Module.
- Monitoring and making reports on sales activities and sharing it with management.
- Monitoring competitor's activities, market conditions and product developments
