Area Manager - Sales - Business Loan

- To be Responsible for origination of Business Loan

- To be Responsible for setting up the distribution network for financial products

- Plan & execute the LAP strategy for month/quarter to ensure goals are achieved

- Work with support functions for optimum TAT and service delivery. Sanction & disbursement of files per month as per targets assigned

- Achieve sales targets for given the basket of products through network

- Manage portfolio of existing customers and provide prompt service

- Investment structuring and documentation

- Emplacement of DSAs and maintaining good relations with them

- Build and Manage the loan portfolio to ensure establishment of appropriate account plans
