Area Manager - Sales - Agri

Experience: 7 to 15 yrs of experience in handling Horticulture/Vegetable/Field Crops products

Qualification: M. Sc/PG (Agriculture)

CTC: Up to 17 LPA

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for sales and commercial margin results according to the budget assignment

2. Responsible for implementing the Go To Market strategy in the assigned area, developing an action plan and setting priorities

3. Responsible for selecting the Distributors/Clients, as well as the negotiation and the budget setting for each one of them

4. Ensures the management of the People working in the assigned area, their training and professional development, according to the Company policies

5. Designing & Driving Market Development Activity with help of Sales Team for assigned area

Competencies required:

1. Should have strong Commercially / Technically/Market Development Activity,

2. Experience in Regulatory/Govt/Media Handling
