Area Manager - Retail Store- Health & Wellness

Maintaining Operations by initiating, Coordinating, and enforcing Program, Operational, and personal policies and procedures.

Responsible for achieving Area Sales targets.

Own the P & L account of the business line in the store. Maintaining each store as a profit centers, maintaining store costs under budget.

Analyzing, planning and coordinating all sale programs, managing and coordinating special events and visual presentations, in terms of advertising, layout and Merchandising

Coordinating with the various related departments for trouble free Execution of projects

Actively involved in back end & frontend Activities for opening NEW stores.

Best buys/ promotional products are given preference and managed as per the policy.

To identify the Rising stars from our staff pool and develop a growth path, through motivating and providing training.

Solving Internal and External Stores Concerns.

Maintaining a track of Current trends and Competition awareness.

Monitor growth of the market and the business.

Track competitors activities and ensure retail offer is the best in the market

Ensure that the brand building and marketing is effective enough to pull customers.

Monitor sales performance & provide performance feedback

Set up processes to ensure compliance to all statutory norms.

Candidate Requirement : -

Graduate / MBA

Age - below 35 yrs

Should be from Retail Store Background only with P/L handling

Telugu speaking is a must.

Local Hyderabad candidates only preferred

Salary offered; 10 - 12 LPA
