Coordinating with the various related departments for trouble free Execution of projects
Actively involved in back end & frontend Activities for opening NEW stores.
Best buys/ promotional products are given preference and managed as per the policy.
To identify the Rising stars from our staff pool and develop a growth path, through motivating and providing training.
Solving Internal and External Stores Concerns.
Maintaining a track of Current trends and Competition awareness.
Monitor growth of the market and the business.
Track competitors activities and ensure retail offer is the best in the market
Ensure that the brand building and marketing is effective enough to pull customers.
Monitor sales performance & provide performance feedback
Set up processes to ensure compliance to all statutory norms.
Candidate Requirement : -
Graduate / MBA
Age - below 35 yrs
Should be from Retail Store Background only with P/L handling
Telugu speaking is a must.
Local Hyderabad candidates only preferred
