Area Sales Manager - Building Material - Project Sales and Dealer Sales

Location - Mumbai, Pune, Delhi, Chandigarh, Ahmedabad, Bangalore and Hyderabad

Experience - Min. 3 + years from Building Materials products viz. Furniture, Carpets, Flooring, Furnishings, Plywood, "False Ceiling", Lighting, "Interior Products", "Wall Panels", Acoustics, "Architecture Hardware", Faucets, Laminates, Fittings, Ceramics, Glass, Partition, Cubicles, Restroom, CCTV, "Electronic System", Paints, Sanitary ware, Lamination, chairs, upholstery, bathware, "IT Peripherals", "Building Automation", recliners, Lifts, Elevators, PEB

KRAs :

1. Your main tasks & goals will be to generate Sales and Business Development in your area in terms of both retail and project sales for corporates and institutional sales

2. Appoint Distributor/Dealer in your area

3. Partnering Project business through Builders and Developers

4. Business Developments and specifications through Architects, Interior Designers, PMCs and Specifiers

5. Proven track record of successful Project Sales is required.

6. Should have an exposure in interacting and building up relationships with architects & interior designers.

7. Must have Team Handling Experience as the role will have to handle team in respective cities.
