Job Requirements :

- Min. 10 years of work experience for MBAs and 10 years for Non MBAs.

- Experience in handling large teams.

- Should possess knowledge across Banking, Investments and the Asset products.

Job Role :

- The position would manage a 7- 8 member PRM/ Sr. PRM team based out of Gurgaon

- Would be responsible to drive business across CASA, Mutual Funds, Investments and assets through this team of PRM

- Responsible for service and Quality

- Customer acquisition, retention and cross sell

- Marketing Activities & Loyalty program

- Would be responsible for imparting training and also close handholding of Privy Relationship Managers, in terms of acquisition and managing customer relationships
