About the job:

- Area Managers (AM) at are the interface between the strategy makers and the people executing the agenda on the ground.

- AM is someone who absorbs a complex business situation, breaks it down to doable chunks and distributes the same among his team to execute the stregaty on ground efficiently and effectively.

- An Area Manager typically contributes towards 80 to 100 Million revenue monthly directly to company's topline.

- An AM is responsible for handling a team of 5-7 on-roll employees & indirectly responsible for handling a manpower of 120-150 people in form of urban and rural promoters, Field Sales Executives, Pratinidhis and TLs.

- Each AM also handles 2500-3500 Retail outlets. Each AM territory is 10-150 km in radius. Each AM accounts for around 25%-30% of the business for his complete zone.
