Job Description :

Handling team of Channel Manager across the area assigned 3-4 locations.

Accountable for entire area profitability for IFA business vertical.

Ensure activation & new recruitment of IA /IFA through the team of Channel Managers as well as through self sourcing.

Self recruitment of IA / IFA & Sourcing Business through them.

Conduct Training program for IA// IFA

Upgrading the existing IA to IFA.

Desired Profile :

- Generating revenue through IA / IFA Channel by distribution of different financial products like MF, IPO, FD, LAS, Infra Bonds, RBI Bonds, SIP, etc.

- Handling team of Channel Managers

- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills

NOTE :

Candidates with industry experience of agency business from MF Houses, Distributors or from Insurance Industry.
