Area Manager - Consumer Banking

Role Description :

- Heading complete Consumer Banking of multiple branches for their Operations, Compliance, P&L Management and Customer Service.

- Leading the business development operations & Performance and Productivity

Key responsibility Areas:

- Accountable for the achievement of monthly branch wise sales targets across all products.

- Responsible for Customer Service and Compliance for the entire region.

- Ensuring timely delivery upon the revenue budget for all the branches across all the products (CASA / Fixed Deposits / General Insurance / Loans / Mutual Funds / Shares / Bonds- )

- Liaising with top HNI clients.

- Leading and managing the team of Branch Managers to ensure optimum productivity.

- Managing budgets, allocating branch funds, and defining financial objectives

- Ensure customer and product penetration.

- Ensuring Branch is compliant with the rules and regulations

Key Performance Indicators :

- Compliance Adherence

- Meeting sales & marketing financial objectives.

- Increased profitability of the branches

- Business Development

Desired profile:-

- Candidate with 15+ yrs of experience in Banking Domain

- Strong experience in Consumer Banking products

- Should be working as Senior Branch Manager or an Area Manager

- Managed a book size of more than 300 + cr.

Open to travel to other Branches
