Managing In house collection Team &amp; Collection Agencies, Maintaining collection MIS, Control several agencies. - Ensure that all the processes are documented and followed. Map the risks in each of the processes so that they can be checked periodically for adherence. - Ensure that a detailed collections manual is maintained and team is educated and trained on it.
