Area Manager - Cattle Loan Business - Microfinance

They are looking for an Area Manager who will be responsible for entire cattle loan business in North & Central Gujarat specifically for their BC partner, Tata Capital. This position will report to AVP Business Operations. The job description is given below:

- Experience of 3 - 5 years in MSME Products. Exposure in selling cattle products will be preferred.

- Basic understanding of dairy business and rural economy.

- Ready for extensive travel across North and Central Gujarat.

- Speak and Understand Gujarati.

- Ready to work with other stakeholders (BC Partners).

- Target oriented, will be responsible for soft collections.

- Maintaining portfolio quality.

- Should be able to handle 8 to 10 branches. Each branch will have at least one cattle loan executive.

- Team Player and Motivator; will have to work closely with branches to source cases
