Area Manager - Cash Management

One of our Premier MNC client is looking for an Area Manager at Patna to manage their Bihar Operations. The company has 1000+ people in state of Bihar and primarily operates in Cash Management space.

The candidate shoul;d be a Graduate in any discipline. MBA will be a distinct advantage.

The brief JD is given below:

- Overall Accountability for Branch Operations.

- Effectively handling Day to day Logistics, Operations, maintenance and route optimization

- Fleet Management

- Manpower Management

- Liaison with government bodies (RTO, Police and Municipal etc)

- Handling Employee Relations matters

- Provide efficient and effective customer service to achieve high customer satisfaction levels.

- Effectively handle process related improvements

- Hiring, Managing and developing a proactive professional team
