About the Role:

This is a full time on site role for Area manager. The area manager will be responsible for handling team of senior RM's.

The role will involve:

- Setting and achieving sales targets

- Execute events for corporates and HNI clients to create product awareness and knowledge

- Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures

- Developing and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction and business growth

Requirement and Qualification:

- Strong leadership and team management skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Proven experience in sales and business development

- Knowledge on financial products and services

- Ability to analyze data and make informed decision

- Good problem solving and decision making skills

- Masters degree in Business Administration or related field with team management experience
