Area Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for business target achievement of team by driving sale of life insurance products to Branch Banking customers of partner bank; team size of 8 to 10 Relationship Managers.
- Drive partner sales team activation & lead generator (LG) activation through regular engagement with partner branch staff.
- Ensuring discipline & rigor of daily sales activities.
- Regular review & tracking of team performance.
- Building team capability through regular training interventions.
- To organize sales campaign, product launches and conduct training at partner branches.
- Ensuring adherence to end to end business process with in the specified timelines.
- Adhering to regulatory requirements & monitoring quality of business.
- Ensuring timely resolution of queries and complaints, and controlling the instances of adverse customer experience.
Qualifications:
Master's or Bachelor degree in business, engineering, science, hospitality or arts.
Essential Knowledge / Skill Sets:
- Should be good at relationship building/management.
- Should have excellent communication, inter personal and managerial skills.
- Should have in-depth knowledge of Insurance and related financial market.
- Should have analytical skills to understand the gap between current business and potential business opportunities.
- Should have good presentation, coaching and training skills.
- Ability to work effectively in highly demanding and competitive environment.
Work Experience:
5+ experience in Insurance, from Bancassurance background. Prefer candidates currently part of bank relationships, along with experience in Handling HNI Clients.
