The Objective of the Role:

- The purpose of the role is to ensure sales and manage relationship with the Company's workshop customers and key OEM's.

- Maintain and grow volume and value share.

- Promoting the brand with both customers & consumers

- Executing activation and marketing activities.

- EDUCATION: B.E /B.tech / MBA - Marketing.

- The incumbent must know the Local Language (Kannada)

- The incumbent must possess valid 4 wheeler Driving License and should know to drive a 4 wheeler.

Brief Job Role

- Ensure complete adherence to safety and risk management in road safety and at work

- To achieve profitable and sustainable revenue growth by aggressive account acquisition and retention of workshops both in the FW and IWS space.

- Deliver in year targets on Gross Margin, Volume, GMPL and New Account Addition both in PS and FW

- Manage and help build Enduring Relationships with key stakeholders of OEM and Workshops.

- Ensure process compliance and embed Ways of working for the business in the territory.

- Execute key marketing programs to help build Company's brand with customers and consumers.

- Pro actively track competitor activities to ensure that Company remains ahead of the pack.
