Job Responsibilities:-

1. To plan and achieve segment wise revenue (Slimming - 45%, Beauty Including dermal cosmetology - 30%, RBS -15% and Product -10%) & growth plans including New Product / Services roll out, and evaluate their efficacy. This includes increasing the addition of new clients and increasing the repeat package booking of existing clients. To work with regional marketing to drive and execute initiatives within and outside the centres, to help in growing the business including an efficient lead management system.

2. To ensure that Centers achieve quality executions (minimum 60% OSR Slimming & 70 % OSR Beauty, improving Regularity %, USR% & net weight loss as specified) according to the parameters given by R&D at National level. To ensure that regular follow ups are done for Drop outs and USIR clients by Centre Heads/Slimming Heads.

3. To work for achieving the Service Delivery targets and filling up all identified gaps & delivering training at Area and Centre level. To stringently monitor the post training effectiveness of employees w.r.t sales and service delivery.

4. To identify chronic issues for each of the centers under purview and help resolve the issues by aligning the Center & Area teams. This should enable the Centers to run their operations smoothly and deliver sustained growth. To lead, provide & build operational execution capability at the field. To identify need gap at the Centre level and ensure the same are filled up through implementation of the training inputs and adherence to SOP's and policies.

5. To help the Centers and the Area to implement a performance based review mechanism across all levels. Development planning and execution of the direct reports .This should enable employees to deliver better results..In addition to ensure technical reviews of Centers and check for compliance of SOP's adherence through the Center Head, Sales and Technical Team at area level for ensuring deviation is kept at the minimum level.

6. To ensure that the vacant positions are tracked and filled in coordination with Regional HR Resource, by creating employer branding, building talent pipe line, encouraging multiple sources of hiring like employee referral etc. to conduct preliminary Technical Interviews of candidates to ensure timely inductions of the new recruit are executed within specified timelines. Addressing employee issues so that attrition can be controlled.

7. To ensure supervision and effective implementation of company systems and Processes, NABH guidelines and timely resolution of customer complaints.

The role will be also responsible for:

- Leadership skills to align the CH to the corporate agenda.

- Maximum utilization of infrastructure

- Monthly movement plan finalization with Corporate R&D department

Randomly checking documentation & software entries during Center visits.
