- Strategically plan sales and operational excellence via initiatives to achieve targets.

- Proactively design process and systems with customer centric solutions thereby insuring sales and operational growth at the designated area.
- Effectively anchor Stakeholder Management by overseeing the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, to meet customer expectations.
- Provide direction & Guidance to the Sales & Operations teams which would be reporting to this position.
- Take ownership of P & L of the city and make growth plans in conjunction with all the teams and ensure targets are met.
