People Related
- Team Management - Responsible for leading a team of Acquisition Managers who will in turn be responsible for acquiring NTB Customers.
- Motivate and Drive - The role holder would be responsible for motivating and driving the team towards achieving the set business and customer service objectives for the cluster. Candidate will not have his/her own targets.
- Development of Talent - Ensure development of talent pool in the channel to de risk the business.
Business Related
- The team will acquire and manage relationships of individual H.N.I customers of relationship value between 10 lacs to 1 Cr.
- Ensure maximum productivity output within the cost budgets.
- Ensure build up of customer franchise by delivery of high level of service and the right product mix.
- Build optimum product mix to satisfy the customer needs under one umbrella.
Operational
- Develop and track on a continuous basis the framework for delivery for the channel.
- Ensure full compliance of all relevant laws of the land.
- Net work with other channels to ensure seamless delivery to the end customer.
Location - Pune (Handling Rest of Maharashtra)
